Promoters of Salzer Electronics have increased their stake by 2 per cent to 36 per cent from 34 per cent. The promoters of Salzer Electronics, which offers electrical solutions in switchgears, wires & cables and energy management businesses, intend to increase their holding to over 40 per cent in the next two-three years. Among the public investors, include HMG Globetrotter, Algot Holding and Elara India Opportunities. Shareholders of Salzer will closely monitor the development.
