Shares of Atlanta may come under pressure as its statutory auditor Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP for FY 2017-18 has resigned with immediate effect. The company has accepted the resignation.
The bone of contention between the auditing firm and the company is the disclosure/non-disclosure of income tax demand notices and the resignation of an independent director.
