The board of Zensar Technologies has approved the transfer of business in certain geographies to its wholly-owned subsidiaries via slump sale. Accordingly, it will transfer certain businesses to Zensar Information Technologies (for ₹6.93 crore) and Zensar Software Technologies (for ₹5.59 crore). Further, the board of Zensar Technologies Singapore Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, approved the transfer of its business to its subsidiary Zensar Info Technologies Singapore Pte by way of slump sale. The deals are likely to be completed by April 30, 2018, it said in a notice to the stock exchanges. Shares of Zensar Technologies jumped 4.37 per cent at ₹924.55 on the BSE.
