Bank of Baroda (BoB) reported a 12 per cent increase in global business (deposits plus advances from domestic and overseas operations) in the third quarter to ₹25,64,068 crore as at December-end 2024.
The public sector bank’s domestic deposits increased about 9 per cent y-o-y to ₹11,65,874 crore as at December-end 2024. Domestic advances rose about 12 per cent y-o-y to ₹9,63,438 crore, per the Bank’s provisional business numbers.
Within domestic advances, retail advances increased about 19 per cent y-o-y to ₹2,43,303 crore as at December-end 2024.
The Bank’s global deposits (domestic plus overseas deposits) were up about 12 per cent y-o-y to ₹13,92,462 crore. Global advances increased about 12 per cent y-o-y to ₹11,71,606 crore.
