Rating agency Crisil said that it has agreed to buy UK-based financial data analytics company Coalition in an all cash transaction for Rs 250 crore.
The acquisition will add to its earnings from the first year, the Mumbai-based company said.
Coalition will be part of CRISIL’s Global Research and Analytics (GR&A) business.
