Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Ltd (Arcil), India’s first asset reconstruction company, on Monday announced the appointment of Vinayak Bahuguna as its Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director.
He succeeds Mr. P Rudran who had completed his term in April 2015.
A Chartered Accountant by profession, Bahuguna has over two-and-a-half decades of experience across Corporate Banking, Distress Debt Investment and Asset Management functions, with reputed global banks.
He has exposure to credit markets across multiple countries (South Asia, West Asia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Nigeria), and connections with reputed global distressed debt investors.
Prior to joining Arcil, Bahuguna managed his own consulting firm, advising corporates for operational restructuring and capital raising.
