Dubai-based healthcare company Tupelo has launched mymo, a device that helps a person to track health-related activities daily.
The device is priced at Rs 3,999 and will be available at all retail outlets in the country, according to company officials.
The device comes with a six-month battery and is the size of a two rupee coin and can track a user's calories, steps and distance covered in the course of a day.
Further, the company has come up with incentives such as earning points that can be used to buy groceries and other stuff, the officials added.
"80 per cent of premature onset of chronic diseases can be prevented and in some cases reversed if daily activities are monitored," said Martyn Molnar, CEO, Tupelo.
