Jain University's Centre for Nano and Material Sciences has entered into a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with the National Research Development Corporation (NRDC) under the Ministry of Science and Technology for commercialising technologies developed in the institute.
It will enable the varsity to get financial aid for IPR protection. NRDC will help the university to promote its invention and will also provide its services in IP evaluation and valuation in terms of their commercial potential to CNMS. The agreement is valid till May 2016, the company said in a statement.
