The Supreme Court on Tuesday will hear the politically sensitive Ayodhya’s Ram-Janmabhoomi Babri Masjid land dispute matter. A five-judge Constitution Bench headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi will take up the case. The other four judges are Justice SA Bobde, Justice DY Chandrachud, Justice Ashok Bhushan and Justice S Abdul Nazeer. Previously, the hearing was cancelled due to absence of SA Bobde.

BJP is set to launch a beneficiary outreach programme called ‘Kamal Jyoti Sampark Parv’ on February 26 across the country. The program plans to reach out to  22 crore people who were benefited through various government campaigns. Part leader Amit Shah is likely to visit a few villages in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh, which got electricity for the first time. The party plans to light lamps in houses and localities that have benefitted from their schemes.

A Supreme Court Bench led by Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi on Tuesday will consider the plea of two review petitions filed in the Rafale case against the December 14 verdict that had dismissed pleas challenging the deal between India and France for procurement of 36 Rafale fighter jets.. The Bench, consisting also of Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul and K.M. Joseph, will examine whether the petitions deserve to be heard in an open court.

The Supreme Court is set have the final hearing on the Fortis-IHH Healthcare case on Tuesday. A bench comprising Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi and Justice Sanjiv Khanna will accord the final hearing. The bench, in the previous order refused to pass any interim order on pleas relating to the sale of controlling stakes of Fortis Healthcare to Malaysian IHH Healthcare Berhad by former Ranbaxy promoters and hospital operators, Malvinder and Shivinder Singh.

Delhi’s annual Budget will be presented on February 26 by Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia. The budget proposals will be discussed on February 27 and 28, before being considered and passed by the House. The Budget session kicked off on February 22, 2019 with Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal's address to the assembly. It is the first session of the year.
