The Lok Sabha was adjourned for the day minutes after the lower house re-assembled at noon. With the Opposition MPs continuing to shout slogans and placing themselves in the well of the house, Lok Speaker Sumitra Mahajan said she was constrained from taking the head count of MPs for considering the no-confidence motion.
The lower house was adjourned for the day on Wednesday without taking up the notice of no-confidence motion against the ruling NDA dispensation.
