The two-day Nitte HR conclave on ‘Managing human capital in a dynamic business environment’ opened on Friday.
Inaugurating the conclave, Ananth Ravi, Senior Vice-President of Reliance Jio, Bengaluru, said that human resource management is all about strategically managing the human resource and to see that it contributes to the personal growth of employees and achieves the organisation goal.
Human resource for the sustainable growth of an organisation can be achieved through proper training and creating a congenial environment in the organisation. Human resource management is also called human capital management, he said. The conclave was organised by the Nitte-based Justice KS Hegde Institute of Management.
