The management and staff of the diversified Muthoot Pappachan Group have contributed Rs 40 lakh to the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund as aid for the victims of the recent floods in Jammu and Kashmir.
The contribution is aimed at providing relief and rehabilitation for the affected people and reconstruction of areas devastated by the floods, said Thomas John Muthoot, Chairman and Managing Director of the group.
“The staff across the hierarchy contributed voluntarily to this cause and the management stepped in to top up the contribution.”
He expressed the group’s deepest sympathy to all affected people and their families who lost their near and dear ones.
