Biocon Ltd conducted a health camp here for elderly patients as part of its patient outreach initiative to mark a decade of excellence in affordable insulin therapy. As a part of this ongoing initiative, health camps for senior citizens have been conducted in Bangalore and Nagpur earlier and are being organised in other cities. Doctors MJ Varkey and Usha Varkey led the company’s efforts at the Asissi Sadan Old Age Home in Palluruthy.
