Andhra Pradesh Water Resources Development Corporation today signed a cooperation agreement with the Austrian Power and Environment Technology GmbH (APET) to share technologies and improve the service delivery and baseline of irrigation projects in the state.
Under this agreement, the Corporation will act as a nodal implementing agency and APET will provide training to implement these technologies and provide international financing.
Together they plan to work on agriculture, irrigation, multi-modal transport systems, railways, riverfront development, water treatment and conservation, waste-to-energy and other areas under this agreement.
