The AP Reorganisation Bill 2013 for separate statehood of Telangana has been tabled in the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly on Monday amid pandemonium in the House.

Earlier, the House was adjourned within minutes of assembling on Monday after it witnessed noisy scenes.

The Assembly Speaker Nadendla Manohar was forced to adjourn the House as members stormed the podium pressing for their respective adjournment motions and demanding discussions.

The trouble started the moment House commenced business with various political parties demanding their adjournment motions for integrated statehood and separate State be taken up for discussion.

With the Speaker rejecting their motions, the House turned noisy due to slogan-shouting and members storming the well of the House forcing the Speaker to adjourn the House.

With the focus now on the AP Reorganisation Bill 2013, members from the Telangana region are pressing for a discussion on the Bill.
