In an effort to analyse the needs of Coimbatore and to zero in on solutions, the Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Coimbatore, is organising ‘Coimbatore Economic Summit 2012’ here on December 14.
According to R.R. Balasundharam, President, ICCI, some of the focus areas will be infrastructure, environment, industrial skills, R& D etc. The summit would be addressed by well-known personalities from sectors such as MSME, trading, textile, health care, pumps & motor, gems & jewellery, foundry, realty and hospitality.
The one-day convention will be inaugurated by Harmander Singh, Industries Commissioner & Director of Industries and Commerce, Tamil Nadu.
