Lok Sabha was adjourned for the day minutes after the lower house reassembled at noon.
Prior to adjourning the lower house, the Lok Sabha approved a motion for giving more time to a Joint Panel on FRDI Bill to submit its report . Several official Papers were laid on the table of the lower house by the ministers concerned.
The Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan adjourned the lower house despite having received from TDP the notices of motion of no-confidence in the Council of Ministers.
“As the House is not in order, I am not able to look into the notices of motion of no-confidence in the council of ministers," she said requesting those standing at the well of the house to go back to their designated seats.
With the slogan shouting opposition MPs not relenting, the Lok Sabha Speaker adjourned the lower house for the day.
