Bangalore-based Mantri Developers is making a foray into the Pune residential market with the launch of two projects. The first project, Mantri Vantage, comprises three towers with a total of 306-units located at Kharadi off Pune-Ahmednagar Road.
The ₹250-crore project has homes in the ₹70-90 lakh bracket and will be completed in three years’ time, Sushil Mantri, CMD of Mantri Developers said. The second project is a premium project at Sopan Baug with 18 apartments each of around 4,700 sq ft in size.
The value of the project is around ₹100 crore. The company has ongoing projects in Banglaore, Chennai, Hyderabad and it has also developed a commercial project in Pune.
