Tamil Nadu government on Friday announced a major reshuffle of bureaucrats.
Darez Ahmed, Secretary to Government, Special Programme Implementation Department, Tamil Nadu, will replace Vishnu Venugopalan as Managing Director of Guidance, the investment promotion agency of the State.
Among other reshuffles, Tirunelveli Collector KP Karthikeyan will be MD of Elcot and Tiruvallur collector T Prabhushankar will be MD of Metropolitan Transport Corporation.
Tiruvannamalai collector D Baskar Pandian will be the project director of Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project-II and also function as Project Director of Chennai-Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, and MD of Tamil Nadu Road Development Company.
