Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd has launched a Rs 550-crore premium waterfront residential property in Kochi.
Spread over 8.44 acres, the project ‘Tritvam’ marks the entry of Tata Realty in Kochi.
With a total development area of 1.18 million sq ft, it will have 468 units of three- and four-BHKs, besides duplex apartments.
The property will have several world class amenities, including a club house, fitness centre, yoga court and exclusive facilities such as squash, tennis court and jogging track, as also swimming pools with pool decks.
The project is scheduled for completion in December, 2014.

Kochi in the past few years has grown at an unprecedented rate with the real estate sector alone showing a growth rate of over 30 per cent.
