Telangana state minister for Information Technology (IT), K T Rama Rao, has invited IT firms, aerospace and defence companies to invest in the new State.
Speaking in an investor meet with representatives from 150 IT companies in Dallas, US as part of his on-going tour in the US, the Minister promised `industry-friendly’ policies from his Government.
Referring to other facilities for the industry, he said the Government was taking measures to ensure a four-fold increase in power production. The Govt policy objective was minimal intervention and creation of maximum facilities for the industry, he added.
He also participated in `Vibrant Hyderabad’ programme and said the State capital was a good hub for investments in IT, aerospace and defence, according to a release issued here on Sunday.
