Vision Express, the 50:50 joint venture between Reliance Retail and GrandVision BV, launched its first store at Salem in Tamil Nadu. With the establishment of this store in the State, the company is now present in 30 cities with a network of 162 stores. Spread over 800 sq ft, the new store, located in Reliance Mart, has the widest collection of eyewear with over 800 international designs, the company said in a release. Shanmuga Sundaram, Professor of Ophthalmology and Consultant Eye Surgeon at Vinayaka Missions KV Medical College, Salem, inaugurated the store.
