BBCL, a Vummidi Enterprise, has launched the “Navarathina” a residential project in Ambattur to the west of Chennai. The project offers 144 apartments on a 2.25-acre plot. The price is pegged at Rs 4,200 a sq. ft for the 1- to 3-bedroom apartments.
The size of the apartments ranges from 1,112 sq. ft to 1,527 sq. ft. Prices begin at Rs 48 lakh. According to a press release the developer plans to launch 10 projects over the next one year in various locations including prime areas in Chennai and fast developing suburbs.
