BRC Infra has announced plans to develop a residential township project close to the Jawaharlal Nehru Outer Ring Road near the Gachibowli IT hub and Financial District.
The Hyderabad-based infra company is developing seven blocks of seven floors each. The Rs 300-crore project will have 742 apartments of two to four bedrooms with size ranging from 1230 sq.ft to 2000 sq. ft.
“We wanted to market the project only after showcasing the first block construction. Now that the first block of 12 floors is ready, we are announcing the project,” Bandi Ramesh, Managing Director of BRC Infra.
“Most of the company clients come through referral. We have thus far completed over 2000 apartments in the Hyderabad alone,” he said.
Hyderabad is considered the second hot destination after Bangalore for NRI investments. The first tower will be ready for occupation by June. The entire project will be completed in three years, he said.
