Bangalore in the last three years (H1 2011 – H1 2014) has witnessed the highest average capital value appreciation in the mid segment of the top seven Indian cities.
According to Cushman & Wakefield, a international property consultant, this appreciation is driven largely by end user-demand; capital values appreciated steadily by 41 per cent since 2011.
