ETA Star Property Developers has launched Lalique, a luxury residential project on Greenways Road, Chennai.
The 13-storey project, spread over one acre, will offer 42 luxury homes, and 6 duplex apartments. To be ready for occupation in December 2016, the houses will range from 2,498 sq. ft to 4,273 sq. ft in size, and cost between Rs 4 crore and Rs 8 crore.
The project offers amenities such as home automation systems, sqimming pools, state-of-the-art gym, a central courtyard with a lawn, indoor games room, party hall, guest suites and barbeque corners, Wi-fi enabled surroundings and mechanised car parking.
