Green Buildings are defined in the following manner: “A green building is one which uses less water, optimises energy efficiency, conserves natural resources, generates less waste and provides healthier spaces for occupants, as compared to a conventional building.” – CII-GBC

Green-rated buildings save 15-40 per cent more water and 20-35 per cent electricity when compared with conventional buildings.

Ratings are available for homes, townships, factories, SEZs, buildings and landscapes.
