Navin’s Housing has launched the Whiteberry at Moolakadai Junction in North Chennai.
The project offers 224 two- and three-bedroom apartments spread across two towers in stilt plus 12 floors linked by a bridge to form a distinctive H shaped development to optimise light, ventilation and provide privacy for its residents.
The developer has set a launch price of Rs 4,901 a sq. ft. Apartment prices range from Rs 58 lakh for a 1,056 sq.ft unit to over Rs 65 lakh for an apartment of 1,301 sq.ft.
