Puravankara Projects Ltd is set to launch a residential project off Sarjapur Main Road, in the heart of the IT hub, in Bangalore.
Purva Skydale will offer 314 ‘maravilloso’ homes, reminiscent of Spanish habitats with high-end specifications, and innovatively avant-garde – from floating club-houses, balconies off master-bedrooms to rain-showers and wooden flooring.
The four-acre project will offer two-bedroom of 1,341 to 1,371 sq. ft and three-bedroom apartments of 1,700 to 1,929 sq. ft. The property is priced between Rs 4,491 to 4,995 a sq. ft.
