Casa Grande Pvt Ltd has launched a tropical garden themed residential project at Thoraipakkam, a suburb to the south of Chennai.
Casa Grande Aldea with 184 apartments spread over 3 acres is based on the theme of tropical gardens with terrace gardens, central courtyard with a landscape podium in the centre and pocket gardens, said a press release from the developer.
Aldea offers a range of amenities including a clubhouse, swimming pool, rock garden, gazebo, terrace amphitheatre, movie room, children’s play area and gym. The project has 1-, 3- and 4-BHK apartments of 600 sq. ft to 1,960 sq. ft.
The apartments start from Rs 73.2 lakhs onwards for the 3 BHK and Rs 30 lakhs for 1 BHK.
The rates are pegged at about Rs 5,150 per sq. ft..
