Parsvnath Developers Ltd on Wednesday posted a loss of Rs 7.98 crore in the first quarter of financial year 2015-16. It had posted a profit of Rs 6.15 crore in the corresponding quarter in 2014-15.
The total income from operations increased 66 per cent at Rs 160 crore in the current quarter against Rs 96 crore in the corresponding quarter in 2014-15.
Parsvnath Developers Ltd has informed BSE that R. J. Kamath has ceased to be a Director (Non-Executive, Independent) of the company with immediate effect pursuant to his resignation from the Board of Directors, due to health reasons.
The shares of the company ended 2.41 per cent higher at Rs 19.15 at the BSE on Wednesday.
