Israeli warplanes destroyed a 13—storey building in Gaza City, according to reports in Palestinian media including the news agency Safa.
The Basha Tower was reportedly evacuated before the attack, which left several people injured, the reports said.
The Israeli air force earlier fired rockets at a mixed residential and office complex with 100 flats and 150 businesses in the northern part of the city, causing severe damage.
On Saturday, Israel destroyed a 13-storey building with 44 flats in it.
More than 15 targets were attacked in the Gaza Strip since midnight, a spokeswoman for the Israel Defence Forces said early Tuesday.
Militant Palestinians in Gaza fired missiles into Israeli towns early Tuesday morning, the military said.
Sirens wailed and explosions could be heard as at least one missile was intercepted over the metropolitan area of Tel Aviv.
Israeli coastal cities of Ashkelon and Ashdod also sounded rocket alarms, the military said.
