1 I walk a lot and take an average of more than 10,000 steps a day.

2 Every Sunday, I go water skiing at Chowpatty (the beachfront in South Mumbai). Years ago, I used to go riding and trekking too.

3 I eat carefully. I don’t like fatty food, too much starch or sweet.  My diet is well-controlled.

4 I like to maintain a balance between time spent at work and with family.

5 In my long career, I have never missed a day at work due to illness.
