Nadathur Holdings, an investment firm promoted by Infosys co-founder NS Raghavan, has invested $10 million (about ₹60 crore) in information risk management provider Paladion.

“We like the area of information security, which is engaging the attention of the boards of several global corporations…this is Nadathur’s third major investment in line with our vision of backing scalable entrepreneurs who could build global enterprises,” said Raghavan.

In 2001, Paladion had raised seed capital of $0.5 million from Nadathur. The 13-year-old company has an annual revenue run rate of $35 million, according to a statement. The fresh capital would be used for enhancing Paladion’s cyber security intelligence platform and for its Security Operation Centres, the statement added.

Raghavan was one of the seven founders of Infosys. He retired from the company as joint managing director in 2000. Nadathur would reportedly have a majority stake in the Bangalore headquartered company post the fund infusion. Cross border investment firm O3 capital was the advisor to the deal. Our Bureau
