New Delhi, Jan 17:
National Highways Authority of India Chairman R.P. Singh has said that the basic reason why GMR and GVK are withdrawing from two highway projects is because the projects have become unviable due to high cost and lower toll revenue estimates.
He said this at a FICCI conference today.
Saying that this is his personal opinion, Singh said concessionaires have earlier put up with environmental delays.
