Shares of Jagran Prakashan will remain in focus as its board is meeting on Thursday to consider a buyback proposal. Analysts will monitor the price, quantum and mode of the buyback. Most analysts believe that demonetisation would have adversely impacted the company. Promoters hold 60.76 per cent stake in the company. Mutual funds own 12.59 per cent, foreign portfolio investors 15.68 per cent and retail investors 2.06 per cent in the company.
