Click2Clinic Healthcare India, a tech-based home health services company, is planning expanding to Vietnam and Thailand as it rolls out its services in India and Malaysia.

It is closing a deal to raise ₹6.5 crore from institutional investors in the next two months to fund the expansion plans.

Operations launched

The firm, founded by two doctors, has launched operations in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. The app-based healthcare services have begun aggregating doctors, nurses, pharmacies and diagnostic centres to offer a complete service to its customers.

“We have raised ₹6 crore so far. This includes ₹2 crore last year in angel round and ₹2 crore early this year. For Malaysia operations, we raised another ₹2 crore,” Sujeeth Reddy, Founder-Chairman of Click2Clinic Healthcare, has said.

The firm aggregated over of 2,000 doctors, 1,200 nurses, 2,000 pharmacies and four diagnostic centres. It is planning to aggregate ambulances too to support emergency needs.

“In order to expand to some geographies, we have decided to take the acquisition route. We followed this route to access Bengaluru market. We forged an alliance with Care Clinics group in Malaysia to start services in Kuala Lumpur,” he said.

Murali Bharadwaz, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, said the firm would launch operations in Ahmedabad, Chennai and Pune soon.

“Our operations in Vietnam and Thailand will begin next month,” he said.

Clinicopedia

The app, named Clinicopedia, will let patients to transfer health data which would be vetted by doctors and other experts. Available on iOS and Android platforms, the app offers different packages to customers, depending on their needs.
