Mangalore, Nov. 25:
The Regional Transport Authority (RTA) in Dakshina Kannada district has approved increase in private bus fares. The new fare structure will come into force on Monday.
With this, the minimum bus fare will be increased by Re 1. The minimum fare, which was Rs 5 for the first stage, has been increased to Rs 6. The last fare revision was done 14 months ago in September 2011.
