Health care service provider, Fortis Hospitals on Sunday announced the appointment of Vijayarathna Venkatraman as its Zonal Director.
Prior to this, Vijayarathna was working as Deputy General Manager (operations) at Wockhardt Hospitals, Bangalore. He joined Fortis Hospitals as Regional General Manager in November 2009, Fortis Hospitals said in a statement.
Venkatraman has over 18 years of experience in health care organisations across sales and marketing, administration and operation divisions.
“I would be constantly interacting with the clinical team to ensure high standards of patient care, while also managing our presence in Tamil Nadu”, he said.
