Mahindra First Choice Services will double its network of multi-brand car service centres every year for the next three years through franchisees and company-owned facilities, according to YVS Vijay Kumar, Chief Executive Officer.
The Mahindra & Mahindra group company, which announced the opening of the first of a cluster of 10 franchisees in Chennai region, said there are now 28 company-owned outlets across India. Over the next three years it plans to set up a network of over 450 centres – 400 through franchisees and 50 company-owned.
By the end of the current financial year there will be 100 outlets in major urban centres in the west and north. Mahindra First Choice has honed its systems and processes over the years and is now confident of scaling up its model, Kumar said.
