Realty developer Prestige Estates Projects reported 46 per cent growth in net profit to Rs 36.4 crore for the quarter ended June 30, compared to Rs 24.92 crore in the year-ago period, despite a 4 per cent dip in net sales to Rs 248.41 crore (Rs 259.57 crore). Other income grew 60 per cent to Rs 12.59 crore (Rs 7.87 crore).
