The strike by TVS Logistics’ workers in Hyundai Motor India was resolved on the third day today following talks mediated by the Tamil Nadu Labour Department.
In a statement, the official spokesperson of TVS Logistics Services Ltd said, “We are glad that the strike has been called off during the conciliation talks held by the Assistant Commissioner Labour today.
“TVS Logistics is committed to continue its fair, principled and transparent stand on the issue and believes that this illegal and unjustified strike does not benefit any stakeholder.
“TVS Logistics will continue to work with the concerned relevant stakeholders and through the Government machinery to bring this issue to a logical conclusion bearing in mind the interests and welfare of its workmen.”
