The country’s largest realty firm DLF today said a new promoter group firm Beverly Park Operation and Maintenance Services has acquired its 10.99 lakh shares, following the merger of Super Mart One Property Management Services into the new entity.
According to a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), erstwhile promoter group company Super Mart One Property Management Services Pvt Ltd (SMOPMSPL) has transferred 10,99,120 shares in DLF to a new entity Beverly Park Operation and Maintenance Services Pvt Ltd (BPOMSPL).
The said shares will represent 0.06 per cent stake for BPOMSPL in the realty giant, it added.
Last week, daughter of DLF Chairman, Mr K.P. Singh, and one of the promoters, Ms Pia Singh, sold 60.89 lakh shares, comprising 0.36 per cent stake in the firm, to other promoter entities for about Rs 147 crore.
Ms Pia Singh, a wholetime director on the company’s board, had 2.28 per cent stake in DLF at the end of first quarter of this fiscal.
Promoters at present hold 78.63 per cent stake in DLF.
Shares of the company were trading 1.99 per cent down at Rs 228.45 during late afternoon on the BSE.
