Gitanjali Gems Ltd has acquired remaining 10 per cent stake of Giantti Italia S.R.L., based in Milan, Italy from Ambio S.R.L. on June 16. Giantti Italia S.R.L. will become a wholly owned subsidiary and the acquisition is aimed at growth of the branded jewellery business overseas and to gain design and branding concepts expertise from Italy.
