Footwear retail firm Liberty Shoes today said it has appointed Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan as its brand ambassador.
“Hrithik has an immense sense of style and connection with the youth that complements Liberty, which is trying to revamp the brand by adding a youthful and vibrant feel to it,” Liberty Shoes Director, Mr Anupam Bansal, said in a statement.
Youth connection
With the announcement, Liberty makes a focused attempt to establish a connect with youth by giving the brand a vibrant and youthful makeover, the company said.
The firm said it would introduce a range of new products across all brand portfolios by the end of this month.
Besides, it is also planning aggressively to strengthen its presence in the Southern markets by opening up at least 50 stores in South, taking its total to 100 across the country.
