Wind energy solutions provider Inox Wind Limited has bagged an order from Ostro Energy for a 100 MW wind power project at Lahori, in Madhya Pradesh.
Inox will supply and install 50 units of its 2MW wind turbine generators (WTGs) for Ostro Energy, on a turnkey basis. It will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from development and construction to commissioning and has also been contracted to undertake operations and maintenance services of the project for a multi year period, post commissioning.
The 100 MW project will be a part of the 200 MW-capacity Inox Wind Park at Lahori, one of many such parks being developed by Inox across the country. Ostro Energy is backed by Actis, a global pan-emerging market private equity firm with $7.6 billion of funds under management. and this is Ostro's first project in Madhya Pradesh
