International Paper APPM Ltd has posted a loss of ₹21.07 crore in the second quarter ended September 30, 2016, against a loss of ₹6.45 crore for the corresponding quarter last year. Total income from operations for the second quarter was also lower at ₹257.21 crore (₹279.19 crore). Last fiscal, the company had posted a net profit of ₹36.89 crore and income of ₹1216.25. The company informed the BSE that the board has approved the re-appointment of Rampraveen Swaminathan as Chairman and MD for five years with effect from March 1, 2017.
