Lanco Infratech Ltd has rescheduled its board meeting from November 14 to November 22 to finalise its Q2 results.
In a statement to the BSE, the company said the quarterly financials of the holding and subsidiary companies, and their review by the respective statutory auditors, could not be completed.
This was due to frequent holidays as well as the involvement of the finance and accounts teams in getting documentation approvals from 58 project-specific lenders for five recently-approved cost overrun projects.
