McNally Bharat wins Rs 217-cr order from NTPC

McNally Bharat Engineering Co Ltd said on Monday that it received Rs 156.69 crore order for civil construction of ACC’s cement plant at Sindhri in Jharkhand. McNally has to complete the work within the next 12 months.
With this, the order book of the company as on date though stands at Rs 7,210 crore the current workable orders is Rs 4,257 crore, the company said. There are more orders in the pipeline; L1 status in tenders worth Rs 2,031 crore and the Rs 922 crore “slow moving” orders. But they may take time to fructify.
