Construction and infrastructure major NCC Limited has logged in a profit of Rs 160.23 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2018, up 60 per cent as against a profit of Rs 100.36 crore for the corresponding quarter of previous year on a standalone basis.

The Hyderabad-based company achieved a turnover of Rs 3246 crore (including other income) for the 3rd quarter as against Rs 1879 crore in the same period of the previous year, resulting in a growth of 73%. The company reported an EPS of Rs 2.67 (Rs 1.81).

For the nine months ended December 2018, the company achieved a profit of Rs 389.55 crore (Rs 184.9 crore) and reported a turnover of Rs 8773 crore (Rs 5256 crore).

Consolidated

On consolidation basis, for the third quarter, the Company logged in a profit of Rs 167.57 crore (Rs 96.21 crore) and a turnover of Rs 3416 crore (Rs 2093 crore), up 63 per cent. For the nine months ended December 2018, on a consolidated basis, NCC logged in a profit of Rs 392.28 crore (Rs 121.60 crore), up 223 per cent and turnover of Rs 9208 crore (Rs 5850 crore).

According to AAV Ranga Raju, Managing Director of NCC, During the nine months period of the current fiscal, the Company has secured orders of Rs 12,815 crore in various Divisions and the Order Book stands at Rs 34,185 crore.
